Prenatal Yoga, Upcoming Mt Baker Series and More

Happy spring!!  I hope your yoga practice is enjoying the huge boost of energy that comes from the extended days, budding leaves, and exposure to direct sunlight.  When the sun comes out again, I encourage you to get outside and practice some tadasana (mountain pose) and other standing poses barefoot!I’m writing with some updates, changes, and reminders about my teaching schedule.  As always, please let me know if you no longer want to be on this list.

Yoga for Anxiety and Depression in Columbia City
I’m also honored to be teaching part of the upcoming “Yoga for Anxiety and Depression” series, a class taught by fabulous yoga teacher and yoga therapist Laura Humpf.   The class is Wednesday mornings, and I’ll be teaching the first two of the six classes in the series.  The class is meant for everyone, since we have all experienced these emotions on some level and at some point in our lives. Come see how yoga can be a helpful tool during challenging times.

Wednesdays from 8-9:15am, starting tomorrow. www.lotusyoga.biz.  The series runs April 3 – May 8.
