I’m Back – Bring a friend on Monday!
A few details, logistics, etc.…
On Monday, June 8, I’m celebrating coming back by having bring-a-friend yoga night! If you’ve already paid, or if you pay for a drop-in class, bring a friend for a free yoga class.
I call this a “Community Yoga” class because I strive to make it as welcoming to all people as possible – this is an all-levels class, and we welcome people of all sizes, ages, abilities and disabilities, all genders and sexualities, tight hamstrings or super stretchy bodies, light or heavy-hearted, and regardless of ability to pay. There is no prerequisite for yoga (you do not need to ever touch your toes!), just an open mind and willingness to be kind to yourself. If there is anything I can do to make the class better address your needs, please let me know.
This Monday is the last class in the series for those of you who paid for the six classes with Julie (since the Memorial Day class had to be canceled). As always, all are welcome to drop-in ($12-15 suggested). The next series will be June 15 – July 20, $60 for 6 classes. Note that the third Monday of the month (June 15 and July 20) are gentle/restorative classes.
