Krista’s Spring Yoga Updates
Hello yoga friends! And happy spring!
I hope you all have had time to walk, garden, or in other ways soak in the very exciting light of spring. I just attended another module in my “advanced” teacher training (“advanced” in quotes because I think advanced yoga means you’ve been putting this all into practice more decades than I’ve been alive…), but it gave me lots of juice and excitement about teaching.
I’ve heard from a few people that they could use a reminder about where and when I’m teaching these days. The schedule is always online here, but the basic south Seattle class schedule is:
Mondays | 6-7:15 pm | Mt Baker Community Club |
Tuesdays | 4-5:15 pm | Collab Community Yoga in Hillman City |
Wednesdays | 4:30-5:45 pm | Lotus Yoga |
Wednesdays | 7:30-8:45 pm | Lotus Yoga |
Thursdays | 9:30-10:45 AM | Lotus Yoga Gentle Class |
Fridays | 6:15-7:15 AM | Mt Baker Community Club |
For those of you coming or interested in coming to the Monday night Mt Baker Community Classes, the schedule is as follows:
* We have two more classes in this series (tonight and 3/31). You’re welcome to come to any class, even if you haven’t attended others in the series. The sessions are built around a general theme, but I design classes to be available to anyone who drops in as well.
* There will be a break the week of April 7.
* We will resume on April 14, with a series running 4/14 – 5/19. You can sign up now for that series, https://kristaleehanson.com/classes/register-2/
Finally, I am excited to be preparing offering a “Yoga for Parents of Children with Disabilities” workshop, May 18, 1-4pm. If you know people who are interested, please let them know to save the date!!
Love,
Krista
PS – Have I mentioned that I’m using facebook? It’s probably the best way for me to communicate any last minute changes in my schedule: www.facebook.com/kristahansonyoga
